Logger: homeassistant.components.http.ban
Source: components/http/ban.py:124
Integration: HTTP (documentation, issues)
First occurred: 17:50:27 (1 occurrences)
Last logged: 17:50:27

Login attempt or request with invalid authentication from supervisor (172.30.XX.X). (Python/3.9 aiohttp/3.7.4.post0)

Authentication Providers - Home Assistant

A request from a reverse proxy was received from 172.30.33.8, but your HTTP integration is not set-up for reverse proxies; This request will be blocked in Home Assistant 2021.7 unless you configure your HTTP integration to allow this header

http:

http:
  use_x_forwarded_for: true
  trusted_proxies:
    - 172.30.33.3
    - 127.0.0.1
    - ::1

oczko_dzien:
  source: sensor.electricity_meter_total_forward_active_energy_phase_1_3
  cycle: daily

oczko_miesiac:
    source: sensor.electricity_meter_total_forward_active_energy_phase_1_3
    cycle: monthly

oczko_rok:

    cycle: yearly

oczko_tydzien:
    source: sensor.electricity_meter_total_forward_active_energy_phase_1_3
    cycle: weekly

W jakim pliku masz dodane powyższe wpisy?

Edit:
Jeśli “wyłączyłeś” z configuration.yaml definicję utility_meter do pliku utility_meter.yaml to powyższe wpisy powinny wyglądać tak:

oczko_dzien:
  source: sensor.electricity_meter_total_forward_active_energy_phase_1_3
  cycle: daily

Wpisy są w pliku:
/config/meter.yaml

Także, jest wyłączone:

Chyba wpisy wyglądają tak jak podałeś:

Sprawdź w zakładce “Narzędzia deweloperskie” - “Statystyki” czy encja:

 sensor.electricity_meter_total_forward_active_energy_phase_1_3

nie wymaga interwencji/naprawy.

W linii (130,131) masz 2 spacje a w (134,135) (138, 139) (142,143) po 4 spacje
