@artpc, I feel your pain. The current one is my 3rd meter in the past few years. First, an Iskra MT174 was installed for years, then after PV installation they replaced it with another Iskra MT174 (brand new, with 0 kWh registered), a half year later they tried to replace it again to a remote-reading meter, I rejected it, and again and again, until a sneaky installer came and without even pressing the doorbell just replaced the meter to an OTUS 3, which I cannot get access to via W-MBUS, because ENEA refuses it. So 3 meters during the past few years. The first 2 were both bidirectional, and had zero issues, just haven’t had the LTE function.
Meanwhile one of the local vets has an induction based rotary meter, likely something same what you have. I was amazed by the fact, that ENEA has wasted 3 meters at my place, but has not replaced an old meter like the vet’s. No logic in this. Then these posts popped-up:
